Our facilities

We have a range of advanced equipment available for manufacturing and processing components: 

useful for surface treatment of parts. These facilities are used to improve the adhesion and surface quality of parts, preparing them for later stages of the manufacturing process.

Our six-axis anthropomorphic machines and three-axis robots are equipped with advanced dispensing technologies. 

These devices allow polyurethane or other materials to be applied directly to products in a precise and controlled manner.

This ensures efficient and high-quality production.

To ensure proper drying of components after material application, we use special trolleys that allow even distribution and controlled drying. The dried items are then stored in a temperature-controlled area to ensure the preservation of their properties.

All these equipment and processes work together to ensure the production of high-quality components with advanced materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

Plasma Island

The plasma island consists of a six-axis anthropomorphic rotary gun intended for surface treatment of various materials.

Monocomponent Siliconic Island

Plant consisting of three-axis robot with three-component mixing head for waterproofing, sealing, bonding and resinating.

Six-Axis Bicomponent Island

The two-component plant is composed of six-axis anthropomorphic to perform a wide variety of product types.

Two-component Cartesian Three-Axis Island

Specialized system with three-axis robot and three-component mixing head for critical applications requiring plasma pretreatment of surfaces.

Three-Axis Industry 4.0 Bicomponent Island

System with the ability to receive instructions remotely, uses a three-axis robot with a three-component mixing head and shuttle table, for specialized applications with precise dosing.

Two-Component Three-Axis Two-Material Island

System with three-axis robot, two-component mixing head and two-position rotary table, optimized for high-volume production with a single specific material.
