We have a range of advanced equipment for the production and processing of components:

This ensures efficient and high-quality production.

To ensure proper drying of components after material application, we use special trolleys that allow even distribution and controlled drying. The dried items are then stored in a temperature-controlled area to ensure the preservation of their properties.

All these equipment and processes work together to ensure the production of high-quality components with advanced materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

Plasma Island

The plasma cutting station consists of a six-axis robotic arm equipped with a rotating torch designed for surface treatment of various materials:

System consisting of a three-axis robot with a three-component mixing head for waterproofing, sealing, bonding, and resin application. The use of single-component silicone-based sealants in this process not only enables sealing, bonding, and resin application but can also meet specific requirements, such as:

Six-Axis Bicomponent Island

The two-component system consists of a six-axis robotic arm, enabling the production of a wide variety of products. The six-axis robotic arm integrated into this system controls a three-component mixing head and a rotary table with two positions. This allows for a wide range of movements and operations, ensuring optimal flexibility in the production of custom gaskets. It also guarantees maximum versatility in the creation of custom gaskets, enabling us to offer our customers high-quality solutions across a broad range of products. Two-component Cartesian Three-Axis Island

A specialized system featuring a three-axis robot and a three-component mixing head for critical applications requiring plasma pretreatment of surfaces. The use of single-component silicone-based sealants in this process not only offers the ability to seal, bond, and encapsulate, but can also meet specific requirements, such as: greater resistance to high temperatures, mechanical stress, and chemicals, making the components ideal for electronic and mechanical applications.

Three-Axis Industry 4.0 Bicomponent Island

System with the ability to receive instructions remotely, uses a three-axis robot with a three-component mixing head and shuttle table, for specialized applications with precise dosing.

High-tech system, fully integrated with factory computer systems, possesses the ability to receive instructions and programs remotely.

Based on a three-axis robot with a three-component mixing head and a shuttle table with two pneumatic positions.
